Process
From scoping call to signed opinion
A clear path for statutory audits and supporting engagements, written the way fieldwork actually unfolds in Taiwan.
-
Scoping and independence
We confirm the reporting framework, year-end date, group structure, and any relationships that would impair independence. You receive a draft engagement letter with fee basis and timing.
-
Document request and kickoff
A tailored request list covers trial balance, bank letters, inventory schedules, and related-party listings. Kickoff aligns who answers queries and how files are shared.
-
Risk assessment and planning
We map material accounts, revenue streams, and control points that matter for sampling. Planning notes stay on the file so another reviewer can follow the logic.
-
Fieldwork
Testing happens on-site, hybrid, or from Tamsui depending on document access. Queries are dated. Inventory or cash observation is scheduled on count day when required.
-
Draft findings and clearance
Adjustments and control observations are discussed before the opinion is final. You see proposed wording while there is still time to supply missing evidence.
-
Issuance and wrap-up
The signed opinion and management letter are delivered, with a short wrap-up on open items for the next period. Working papers remain under our custody per professional requirements.
